প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. This work estimate is on the basis of PWD Schedule of Rates 2018..
2. All Work must Complete by the given Work Order time But BILL PAYMENT will be MADE/given only when the FUND WILL BE AVAILABLE.
3. Retention money will be 10%.
4. Admired VAT will be upto 7.5% or more as per Govt Policy
5. Admired Income Tax will be upto 7.00% or more as per Govt Policy
6. Performance security will be upto 25% as per PPR 2008.
7. Other criterion as given in Eligibility of Tenderer, TDS, GCC, PCC, ITT & other criterion mentioned in this tender.
8. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [280] Lakh under [1(one)] of contract(s) which includes construction of at least Building work in a single work order achieved by free/open competition/tender/bid of Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous body of BD over a period of last [05] years with at least 5 years general experience shall be required. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [200] Lakh over the last [05] years.[For Similar Works & Turnover, years will be counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
9. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities as per ITT Clause 16.1b of TDS of the Tenderer shall be Tk [180] lakh in a day end balance of standard format.
11. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: TK 250 Lakh
