* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১১,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The Tenderer shall have minimum 05(Five) years overall experience in supply of machineries & others equipment.
b) The Tenderer/Bidder must submit satisfactory acceptance documents showing they have past specific supply experience of stitching machine or its wire in Bangladesh.
c) The satisfactory completion of supply of printing related machines of minimum BDT 30 Lac in the last 03(Three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication.
d) The Tenderer have to submit at least 0.5kg sample of each item to the procuring entity of Government Printing Press between the publishing and closing time of the tender (If the submitted samples are not as per the specification of guide sample, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive).
e) Procuring entity’s confirmation on sample submission must be submitted with the tender document.
f) Bidder/Tenderer must submit satisfactory documents (Such as Bill/Airway Bill/ DHL Documents/ any Import document) showing sample is authentic and collected from original manufacturer.
g) Tenderer/Bidder must provide 01 year warranty certificate.
h) The Tenderer will have to submit Manufacturer Authorization or dealership document.
i) The Tenderer will have to submit Certificate of Liquid Asset /Working Capital/Credit Facility indicating the minimum amount of BDT 30 Lac only within selling Tender Document and dropping date.
