1. Valid trade license.
2. Vat registration certificate.
3. Update income Tax acknowlegement voucher.
4. Bank Solvency Certificate.
5. Manufacturer/Importer/Dealer/Sole Distributor Certificate.
6. e-TIN Certificate.
7. 01(One) year replacement Warranty Certificate.
8. The Tenderers must submit 02 pieces of Plastic Seals as nonrefundable sample of the offered materials as per Technical Specifications (From e-GP2-3) to the PE Office before Submission of the tender, and sample receiving copy must be attached herewithwith the tender Documents.
9. Valid ISO 9001:2015 of manufacturer must be submitted with the offer.
10. Other Documents as per requirement of PCC and TDS.
