* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,০০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২,০০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 1(One) contract(s) of the minimum value of the similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least BDT. 50.00 (Fifty) Crore. Years counting back ward from the date of publication of IFT in e-Gp portal.
The Contractor must have the following experience in the above Mentioned or in other contract :
(i)  Construction of minimum 50m length and1200mm dia cast in situ pile
(ii) Construction of minimum 240m long 4 lane PC Girder Bridge/Overpass
(iii) Cast in situ pile must be done by using Hydraulic Rotary piling Rig Machine.
(iv) All RCC construction must be done by using Ready mix concrete Plant.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 200.00 (Two hundred) Crore in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 
3. Liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) crore.
4. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 50.00 (Fifty crore. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)
5. The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate.
6. Personnel Capacity & Equipment Capacity as per TDS.
