* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed contractors / construction firms who have minimum 3(Three) years of general experience in Arboriculture or Landscaping works.
b) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number similar nature of works/ Arboriculture or Landscaping works of Government / semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk 21.50 Lakh (Twenty one point five Lac) only in a single Contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) Required Annual Average Construction turnover shall be Tk 52.00 (Fifty two Lac) over the last 5 (Five) years. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public sector during last 05 ( Five) years.Best 3(Three) years in the last 5(five) years will be considered for calculating average construction turn over .
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 22.00 (Twenty Two Lac) only. The Credit Commitment certificate (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose Tender & contract form (Form PW2a-3). Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive.
e) Tenderer must have valid VAT Registration Certificate, up to date Income - Tax clearance certificate,up to date Trade License.
f) The tender capacity of the tenderer should not be less than Tk 30.00 (Thirty Lac)
