প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Required contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 10 years of general experience in building Construction & Electrification works.
b) Having specific experience in successfully completion of at least Tk 1125.00 Lakh under [1(one)] of contract(s) which includes construction of at least a Building work having experience of Pre Cast pile works of value(worth 160 Lakh) in a single work order achieved by free/open competition/tender of Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous body of BD over a period of last [05] years with updated ABC licence shall be required. For JVC certificates must be submitted only in the form of PW3-3 format (except the form PW3-3,all other forms are rejected). Required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [625] Lakh over the last [05] years (Total amounting Tk.625.00x5=3125.00 lakh).[For Similar Works & Turnover, years will be counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].(The tenderer will be debarred for submitting false documents)
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities as per ITT Clause 16 of TDS of the tenderer shall be amount in Tk.152.00 lakh only in the form of PW3-7.Bank statement period should be counting 28 (Twenty eight) days before submission of tender to be attached in case of credit facilities.
d) Admired Retention Money will be 10% & Performance security will be upto 25% as per PPR 2008.
e) Tenderer who possessed : i) Valid trade license (Upto date) ii) Upto date VAT registration Certificate iii) Upto date Income Tax Certificate iv) NID.
f) Other criterion of TDS, GCC, PCC, ITT & conditions mentioned in this tender.
