* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum 2(two) years of overall experience in the supply of goods & related items.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum 1(one) year of specific experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.
The minimum supply value of similar goods under a single contract in the last five years is Tk. 140 Lac by the tenderer.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 160 Lac.
Sample of 05 Set must be submitted to the PE Office as per approved sample on or before the tender opening date and time.
The Supplier should either be a owner of Uniform Sewing, sewing not less than 60000 Set per year or would have to furnish a certificate from the manufacturer that his firm’s Sewing is not less than 60000 Set per year. Certificate should shown in every case.
