* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer should have recent inclusion certificate from PGCL or recent enlistment certificate from Petrobangla/any other company of Petrobangla under 1.3 or 1.4 or both categories as gas pipeline contractor.
2. Tenderers shall have the minimum level of personnel capacity to qualify for the performance of the Works under the Contract consisting of key personnel with
qualifications and experience as specified in the TDS.
3. Tenderers shall own suitable equipment and other physical facilities or have proven access through contractual arrangement to hire or lease such equipment or facilities for the desired period, in full working order, as specified in the TDS.
4. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Pipeline construction works shall be 5 (five) years.
