প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded As per Standard Tender Document (STD);
(I) Last 03 (three) years general experience of supply of Goods and related services in any government organization;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk.4.59 lakh under 01 (One) contract in any government organization successfully completed (NOA,Cotract deed,Work Order Copletion Certificate must be submitted) within the last 05 (Five) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Up-To-Date Certificate of Bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid Assets or Credit facilities of Tk. 5.20 lakh ( From PG2-5);
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Mashur Dal Saru must be submitted to in 03 (Three) transparent containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time
