7. Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number similar nature of painting works of Government /semi government / Autonomous organization in Bangladesh during last 03(three) years minimum amounting Tk.270000/-(Two lakh seventy thousand) in a single contract.
8.Last 03 years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper.
9.The Tenderers average annual construction turnover shall be greater than amounting Tk.300000/-(Three lakh). This must be supported by total certified payment received for contractors in progress work completed under public sector last 03(Three) years.
10. The minimum amount of liquid assets working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk.300000/-(Three lakh) Document (Original copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and Submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose .
