প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be Three (03) years; counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. Tenderer must have experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last Three (03) years, with a value of at least Taka 5,00,000/-(Taka Five Lac); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is BDT 6,00,000/- (BDT Six Lakh Taka) on or after the date of publication of IFT. Supporting documents stating the amount must be submitted.
4. The Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes, shall not be insolvent, are not restrained or barred from participating in Public Procurement, should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule 55 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2008.
