* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
"1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of WTP or DM Plant Chemicals.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of Hydrochloric (30-32%, w/v) or Caustic Soda (42-45%, w/v) or Calcium Hypo Chlorite(60-65% w/w) /Chlorine/ Sodium Hypo Chlorite or WTP or DM Plant Chemicals in any Government/Semi-government/Autonomous/ Any large power plant of minimum BDT 55,00,000.00 (Fifty Five Lakh) under maximum of 02 (Two) contracts within last 03 (Three) Years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System . But any contract value amounting less than BDT 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lakh) shall not be consider for evaluation.
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificate(s) (in the letterhead pad of the employer duly signed and sealed by the employer along with contact details & phone number of the employer) in support of the experience clearly mentioning the contract value, amount received under the contract, description of the supplying chemicals (( HCI(30-32%, w/v) or NaOH (42-45%, w/v) or Calcium Hypo Chlorite (60-65% w/w) /Chlorine/ Sodium Hypo Chlorite )or WTP or DM Pant Chemicals, contract date and completion date.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 65,00,000.00 (Sixty Five Lakh Taka).
6. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, Income Tax Certificates/Acknowledgement Slip/TAX Return Certificate and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate [Ref.: ITT 22.1 of e-TD]."
