* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৭০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(Five)years of general experience in Construction works.
B) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) no. of similar nature of works (Construction of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s Mural) worth not less than Tk 2.00 (Two) Lac only in a single work order in government/semi-government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 5(five) years.The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed.
C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five)years amounting of Tk 20.00 (Twenty) Lac only.
D) The minimum amount of liquid asset/ working capital/credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of 3.00 (Three) Lac only supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work. Minimum liquid assets substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format of Form CPTU STD PW2a-3.Failing to submit in PW 2a-3 will make the tender non-responsive. Document submitted in the form along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
E) The Minimum Tender Capacity is Tk 2.20 (Two Point Two Zero) Lac
F) Valid and Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
G) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than ten (10) percent above or below from official cost estimate for the works,the tender will be rejected.
H) No JVCA is allowed in this tender & other conditions is as per TDS
