প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience.
2. Having experience in successfully completion of operation and Maintenance work of at least 01(one) number lift of MACPAURSA Brand/equivalent brand valued not less than Tk. 20.0 (twenty) Lac only in a single work order in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
3. The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk [40.00 (Forty) Lac] during the last [5(Five)] years.Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be TK. 20.00 (Twenty) lac supported by Bank certificate.certificates must be submitted in the prescribed Form PW2(a)-7 from any scheduled bank without any alteration.
5. Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
6. The tenderer shall be the local agent/distributor of the lift (MACPAURSA) Manufacturer and must submit the supporting documents with authorization letter from manufacturer.
7. Certificate from the Original Manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift (MACPAUA) for the next 01 (one) year shall be submitted with the Tender.
