4. Joint venture, Consortium Association (JVCA) is not eligible.
5. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the
construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor
shall be 3 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP
6.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or
Management Contractor in construction works of at least single contract of Tk. 2 lakh
successfully completed under government, semi government and autonomous body
within the last 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
7.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10 lakh
best 3 years in the last 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in
the e-GP
8. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the
Tenderers shall be Tk 1.5 lakh. This certificate must be issued after publication of IFT
in the e-GP
9. Tenderes having quoted the tender price more then 10 (Ten) percent above or below
the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
