* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৯,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৯,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a)Tenderer shall have valid trade license, TIN certificate, VAT certificate and updated Income Tax Certificate/Tax Receipt.
(b) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(c) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods or spare parts to any Power utility/industries or any Government-owned organization of minimum 75(seventy five) Lakh under a maximum of 03 (Three) contracts within the last 02 (Two) years amounting less than BDT 15 (Fifteen) Lakh under a single contract shall not be considered and which shall be supported by End User Certificate in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser dully signed and sealed with contact details mentioning Contract Value, Type of Supply, Date of Supply [Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System].The Tenderer shall have minimum BDT 80 (Eighty) Lakh amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission.
[1. Tenderer shall submit only those supporting documents of financial capacity which are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender.
2. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form PG3-8 prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PG3 which must include Procuring entity name and tender name/ID. Submission of the credit facility in any other format may be ground for rejection of the Tender.
