প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) General Experience: At Least 02 (two) years.
b) Specific Experience: At least 01 (one) contract amounting Tk. 10.00 (Ten) lakh had been completed successfully supplying of similar goods in the last 07 (Seven) years in govt./ semi-govt./ public or autonomous body/ state owned organisation/ private organisation (in case of private organisation, the completion certificate will be supported with VAT payment challan).
c) Liquid Asset: The minimum amount of liquid assets: Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) lakh.
d) Tenderer submit full technical catalog/ brochure/ necessary documents that describe each & every parameter of specification(s) of goods (Tea Leaves & quality of Tea) tendered.
e) BSTI Certificate with recent Quality Test Certificate/Statement.
f) Manufacturer/ Sole Distributor/ Authorized agent's authorization certificate about genuinity of goods tendered
g) Manufacturer (of the goods to be supplied) should have Internationally recognized certification via. ISO: 9001, ISO: 14001 & OHSAS: 18001
