* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The tenderer must have the following updated documents:
(i) Copy of valid manufacturer/authorized distributorship certificate (where applicable).
(ii) Copy of valid Trade License of current year.
(iii) Copy of certificate from the competent authority stating that current Income Tax Return has been submitted quoting TIN Number/e-TIN Number.
(iv) Copy of Up-to-date (i.e. having 11 digits) valid VAT Registration Certificate.
(v) Copy of proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of Incorporation.
(vi) Letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the Bidder.
(vii) Copy of curent Bank solvency certiifcate.
The tenderer has to agree to the following conditions:
(i) Delivery Schedule must be maintained or else Liquidated Damage as per Biman’s policy will be applied..
(ii) Value is to be quoted on the basis of supplying items at Local Receipt Section, P&LS Directorate, Admin Building, Biman, HSIA, Dhaka basis.
(iii) 02 (Two) roll samples (Non-refundable) must be submitted with the letter head pad describing the complete specifications duly signed by the bidder. Note that interested bidder may submit sample from the floating date of tender to 1100hrs (LT) of tender closing date.
(iv) Biman Bangladesh Airlines reserves the right either to increase or decrease the quantity and to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
For Successful bidders:
(i) The successful bidder must submit 02 (Two) roll working sample within 07 days after confirmation from Biman’s side.
(ii) 10% security money on total value must be submitted after issuing the notification of award (NOA).
(iii) Payment will be made after delivery of goods/items through cheque.
