* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.
2.The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk.520.00 Lac in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).

3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 4.50 Crores over the last 05 (five) years ,Total=(4.50x5)=22.50 Crores (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).

4.Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 140.00 lac. Incase of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW3-7 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID.
**(Bank statement/ credit line(s) issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract)

5. Income tax clearance certificate (2022-2023) & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2023-2024). Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.

6. Other Criteria are stated in TDS & PCC.
