* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫০০,০০০ ~ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The Tenderer must have a minimum of three (03) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
b) The Tenderer must have specific experience of satisfactory supplying of goods similar to the compressor water wash detergent of minimum BDT 3,50,000/- (BDT Three Lakh Fifty Thousand) under a single contract to any well reputed organization in the last three (03) years. The Tenderer must submit evidence(s) in the form of certificate(s) (End User Certificate / Work Completion Certificate / Supply Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate) from the end users. Evidence(s) must contain full details of the Contracts such as organization name, Contract number, Contract Price of the supplied items, Final Contract Price as executed, completion period with date, performance of supplied items, details of the certificate issuing person etc. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / Contract Agreement / Purchase Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is BDT 5,00,000/- (BDT Five Lakh Taka) on or after the date of publication of IFT. Supporting documents stating the amount must be submitted.
d) The tenderers should have valid Trade License, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract, and shouldn’t have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule 55 of the Public Procurement Rules-2008.
