* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The Tenderer shall be actual manufacturer or authorized agent of foreign manufacturer. Only one authorized agent of a manufacturer will be allowed.
b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 years overall experience and 2 years specific experience for supply of similar goods and related services in any government/semi-government/autonomous organization.
c) The Tenderer shall have experience of supply of Pump-Motor set at least 3(three) foreign countries. Foreign supply record of manufacturer shall have to attach along with tender document.
d) The Tenderer shall submit the sample (i.e. Motor, Pump, Starter, MCCB) before submission of Tender.
e) The manufacturer of the motor-pump should be ISO 9001: 2015 standard and the motor-pump should be CE certified.
f) The Tenderer should have updated Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate & TIN and VAT registration certificate
