প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Experience Criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 494.00 (Four Hundred Ninety Four) lakhs [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
Financial Criteria:
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 780.00 (Seven Hundred Eighty) lakhs over the last 05 (five) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
(d) The minimum amounts of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tendered shall be BDT 113.00 (On Hundred Thirtee) Lakhs only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer shall instruct to the conceded bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
(e) Upto date ABC license. (f) The contractors who have not started or completed their work/works within scheduled stipulated time without any acceptable reasons, their tender will not to be considered for evaluation. In case of reasonable causes, contractor must describe in details on his letterhead pad & include all supporting papers which must be uploaded with his tender documents. (g) Satisfying All other Criterion laid down in the TDS and PCC must be satisfied.
