* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,২৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulations;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/ uploaded:-
(1) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. I.e. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper;
(2) The minimum specific experience as a supplier in the supply of similar goods of tk. 10,00,000 (Ten Lakh) under maximum 02 (Two) contracts successfully completed within the last 03(Three) years. (NOA, Contract deed, Work order, and Completion certificate must be submitted). I.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper;
(3) Certificate of bank solvency with the minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Taka- 11,50,000 (Eleven Lakh Fifty Thousand).
(4) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as a supplier;
(5) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(6) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(7) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company)
(8) Sample [200 gm. Mashur Dal (Mota)] must be submitted in 03 (Three) transparent containers to the Jail as per technical specifications on or before the tender opening date and time.
(9) All other terms and conditions a stated in TDS and PCC.
