প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(1) Last 03 years General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in any government organization;
(2) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of Tk 5.25 lakh under 02 (Two) contract in the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(3) Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets Value of Tk. 4.50 lakh issued after 10/08/2023
(4) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(5) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(6) 13 digit e-BIN registration certificate;
(7) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(8) All others terms and conditions as stated in TDS and PCC.
(9) Sample [200 gm Mashur Dal-Saru] must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the Jail as per sample on or before tender opening date and time.
