প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD);
(I) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk.2.50 lakh under maximum 01 (one) contract in the last 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk . 2.50 lakh (From PG2-5);
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Cholar Dal] must be submitted to in 03 (three) transparent containers to the Jail as per sample on or before tender opening date and time.
