প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
01. The Tender shall be Local manufacturer or authorized representative/agent of foreign manufacturer.
02. Tenderer shall have exclusive dealership agency agreement/Authorization with the manufacturer.
03. Tender/Manufacture shall have ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) Certificate. (validity will be verifled)
04. The Tender must submit a sample of Prepaid Meter in BMDA, Rangpur Circle store before deadline. The  Copy of the sample submission receipt needs to enclosed in the e-GP system during submission.Tender without sample and sample submission receipt will be rejected.
05. The Tender shall be renowned supplier and have ability to complete all the necessary works within the stipulated time frame. Previous record of failure to complete any works within the stipulated time frame in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organizations will not be accepted. the tenderer must have not any debarment issue within last 05 (five) years.
06. Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including techincal specifications and Special terms and conditions).
07. Tenderer must have updated trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, TIN, BIN and VAT registration certificate.
