প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) Last 03 (three) years general experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in any government organization;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of Tk. 3.30(Three Point Thirty) lakh under 03 (Three) contract in the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk. 3.23 (Three Point Twenty Three ) lakh (ITT Clause-16; From PG2-5) ;Liquid asset should be continuous depositted at least till evaluation.
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [ Unnotamaner Cholar Dal ] must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
