প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded:-
(1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years.i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(2) The Minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of dal/ dietary/ similar Goods of at least 02(two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk 10,50,000.00( ten lakhs fifty thousand Only) (year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System);
(3) The Minimum amount of Liquid assets i,.e working capital or credit lines (Form PG3-8) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2592000.00 (Twenty five lakh ninety two thousand only) Issued after Publication of IFT in tHe e-GP System;
(4) UP-to date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(5) Up-to date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(6) e-BIN (13 Digits) registration certificate;
(7) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(8) All others terms and conditions as stated in TDS and PCC.
(9) Sample [Size of grain: Must be small grains and at least 600 grains in per 10 gram] Supply of unnotmaner Moshur dal Saru )} must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the Jasore Central Jail as per technical specification before tender opening date and time.
