* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৮০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬০০,০০০ ~ ১,৮০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.All the Tenderer Must Follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation.
2.Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded.
(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 years ; i.e.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
(b) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Goods similar to the proposed Goods in at least a number of contract(s) and,each with a minimum value,Over the period, as specified in TDS.
The Satisfactory Completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 5 Lac under maximum 3 contracts in the last
3 years, i.e.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
The minimum Specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 Contract successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a valu of at least Tk 2 Lac.The tenderer will submit copy of contract deeds along with experience certificate in the e-GP system.
(c) Certificate of Bank Solvency with.Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 6 Lac issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system [Fom PG2-5].
(d) The tenderer must submit TIN certificate in the e-GP system.
(e) Up-to date Valid Trade License as supplier.
(f) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance certificate.
(g) e-BIN(13 digits) Registration Certificate.
(h) Certificate of incorporation(in case of limited company).
(i) Sample [200gm Mashur Dal Saru] Must be Submitted to in 03 (Three) transperent Containers to the Jail as per technical Specification on or before tender opening date and time.
(j) All others terms and conditions stated in TDS and PCC
(k) All certificate must be attested by 1st Class Govt. gazetted Office
