* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 3 (three) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work as specific experience i.e Pre-work & Post-work Survey of any kind of kha (Other earthwork is not accepted) at least minimum work order of value Tk 9.00 lakh under a single contract within the last 05 years are eligible for this tender. All BADC certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of executive grade; (Except other institutions).
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 15.00 lakh. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. 
 The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 9.00 (Nine) lakh during the last 5 year;
 The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
 The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
 Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
The tenderer can participate in all lots but One tenderer shall get maximum 02 (two) lots (if reponsive lowest two or more than 02 (Two) lots) under the project.
