* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৪৫৮,৪০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৯,৩৭৫,২০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৪৫৮,৪০০ ~ ১৯,৩৭৫,২০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation.
2) Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded.
(a) The minimum of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supier shall be 3 years i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp system.
(b) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of goods similar to the proposed goods in at least a number of contract(s) and, each with a minimum value, over the period, as specified in TDS;
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 4520880 under maximum 3 contract in the last 3years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk16 Lakh. The tenderer will submit copy of contract deeds along with experience certificate in the e-GP system.
(IV) Certificate of Bank solvency with Liquid i.e working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk. 52 Lakh issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-gp system.[Form PG3-8].
(d) The tender must submit TIN certificate in the e-GP system.
(e) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier.
(f) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(g) e-BIN (13 Digits) Registration Certificate.
(h) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
(i) Sample 200 gm Mashur Dal (Mota) must be submitted to in 3 containers to the Cumilla Central Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
(j) All others terms and conditions a stated in TDS and PCC.
(k) All certificates must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazetted officer.
