প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The tenderer must have the following Information:
(a) Up to date enlistment papers for Electro-Mechanical category from Dhaka WASA.
(b) Up to date ABC Contractor's License from Electrical Licensing Board.
(c) Up to date ABC Supervisor's License from Electrical Licensing Board.
(d) Up to date Trade License .
(e) Up to date Tax clearance certificate
(f) VAT Registration certificate.
(g) Bank Statement (s) or Certificate (s) in support of Liquid assets or Credit facilities minimum 8 (eight lakh) taka only.
(h) Experience certificate of similar supply of Goods of at least Tk 15 (fifteen) Lakh under a single contract successfully completed within last 03 (Three) years in government/semi government/autonomous organization.
(I) The tenderer must have own workshop or hired workshop with transformer rewinding, testing and heat chamber facility. Proof of having own or hired workshop must be submitted.
(J) List of skilled manpower of tenderer (foreman, technician, helper etc.) and essential equipment for the work ( Megger, Avometer, Clipon meter, Lathe machine, Grinding machine, Electric & mechanical chain pulley, Tool box and other necessary tools) should be submitted.
(K) All other terms & conditions stated in Tender Documents.
