* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be : 05 (five) calendar years.
b) The minimum specific experience as manufacturer in production and supply/Supplier in supply of Single Phase distribution Transformer of similar or higher KVA rating of same voltage class of offered type having minimum 2(two) contracts successfully completed within last 05 (five) calendar years from year of tender notice, each with a contract value of at least BDT 1.6 (One Point Six Zero) Crore. The Experience must be supported by Performance Certificate (Along with copy of NOA & Agreement of Contract Signing) of those satisfactory completed supply from any Government Electricity utility of Bangladesh.
c) The minimum Supply and/or production capacity of goods is/ are: At least ½ of the tendered quantity per month.
