* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Electrical contractor with ABC license.
2)The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 5 (Five) years.
3) The Tenderer should have work experience i.e. Transformer Manufacturing/Assembeling-Deassembling at least 1(one) number of work in last 5(five) years.
4) A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e. transformer Manufacturing/Assembeling-Deassembling and performing all kinds of transformer testing at least 25/41 MVA 132/33 kv transformer, work value of minimum Tk 20 (Twenty) lac under maximum 1 (one) contracts over a period of last 5 (five) years.
5) The average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 50 (Fifty) lac in the best 2 (three) years over the last 5 (five) years.
6) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 20 (twenty) lac.
7) The work shall have to be completed by 60 (Sixty) days.
8) Before carrying of Transformer, insurance shall have to be accomplished by any govt. insurance company. Payment will be reimbursed as actual basis.
All fees i.e, Tender Security and Performance Security should be in favour of "Power Grid Company of Bangladesh ltd."
