1. The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer/ System integrator over a period of last five years is NILL (0).
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of Ten (10) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 03 (Three) contracts in the last 05 (Five) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 02 (Two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years with a value of at least BDT Tk.80,00,000/- [Eighty Lac Only].
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility minimum of BDT Tk.80,00,000/- [Eighty Lac Only] shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
5. The tenderer must submit the following additional documents:
a) Updated trade license.
b) Vat registration certificate.
c) TIN Certificate
e) Manufacturer authorization certificate
f) A set of sample balloon must be provided for physical and performance test to PE on 14/08/2023
