দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) The Tenderers shall have a minimum 03(Three) years of General Experience in the Transportation and Related services/Carrying of Goods or Electrical line materials/Equipment’s to Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations.
B) The Tenderers shall have a minimum 01(One) year specific experience of transportation/carrying of electrical line materials/equipment’s which includes a successfully completion of minimum Tk. 60 (Sixty) Lakh under a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations.
C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 85 (Eighty Five) Lakh and over the period of best 03 (Three) years in the last 05 (Five) years.
D) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 20 (Twenty) Lakh
E) Other requirement including Tools/Equipment are described in the Tender Document.
F) Joint Venture not allowed.
G) Fixed Material Security shall be 10 Lakh.
