* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a)The Tenderer must posses :
(i) Up-to-date valid Trade License.
(ii) Up to-date income Tax clearance Certificate.
(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate
(iv) Up-to-date valid ABC/BC License & ABC/BC Electrical Supervisory
License from Electrical Licensing Board
b) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than
BDT 2.75 Lakh only during last 5(five) years. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi
Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along
with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal
c)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of
the Tenderer shall be BDT 2.75 lakh in the form ePW2a-3 (uploaded in
section 7, other formats, documets will not be accepted)
d) The tenderer must have experience of completing at least 1 (one) similar
work over the last 5 years of BDT 2.75 lakh in a Single Contract.
e)The tenderer shall have minimum 5 years experience for Operation and
Maintenance of the Lift .
f) The tenderer must be sole distributor in Bangladesh of mentioned lift manufacturing company (Fuji Tec Brand).
g) Spare parts authorization letter must be submitted from lift manufacturing company.
h)The Minimum Tender capacity shall be: BDT 2.75 lakh .Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments, form uploaded in section 7
