প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
01. Tenderer must have updated whole sale/manufacturing drug license which will be valid till December, 2023 at least.
02. Tenderer must quote medicine items brand manufactured by reputed Pharmaceutical Companies. Original MRP List of the company from which the medicine will be supplied must be submitted with highlighting the tender items mentioning the SL NO. of that item in the list. The price quoted in the tender should be consistent with the approved SR/market price/`official estimate rate. Inconsistent (impractical) low/high rates will be considered void.
03. Original Manufacturer’s Authorization letter and GMP/ISO/US-FDA/Equivalent Certificate must be submitted from the company from which the tenderer will supply the medicine in the specified format of e-GP. Otherwise, the tender will be nonresponsive.
