* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,০০০,০০০ ~ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who satisfy the followings:
1. Contractor firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in relevent field.
2. The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01(one) similar work of amount not less than Tk.40.00 lac in a single work during last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concern Department/Organization.
3. The required minimum average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 50.00 lac Construction turnover will be calculated on the basis of completion/payment certificates which have been executed within last 05 (five) years where best 03 (three) years will be calculated. All work completion/payment certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
4. The required minimum liquid asset Tk. 40.00 lac in form of Credit Line certificate from any scheduled Bank.
5. Minimum tender capacity Tk. 40.00 lac.
6. Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
7. Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, ABC Supervisory Licence.
8. Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
9. All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2008 and its amendment.
