* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭৫০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,২৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The tenderer should submit the certificate of followings.
     a) Up to date VAT registration
b) Up to date income tax Certificate.
c) Up to date Trade license
d) Nationality Certificate.
2. The tenderer must have completed similar type of contract having valuation of Tk 7.15 Lac in single work in last 5(five) years.
3. Minimum liquid asset Should be TK 7.15 Lac .
4. The tenderer must have annual turn over for Tk 7.15 Lac in last 5(five) years.
5. The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according the recommendation of TEC.
6.Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
7.Authorization letter
8. Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.
9.According to the clause 31(3) of PPA-2006 , the tenderer’s quoted price of 10 percent above or below of the official estimate will be consider as non-responsive.
