* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of the general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 (five) years.
2. Specific supply of Liquid Chlorine Gas or similar materials under one single contract will be a minimum of 10000 kg over a period of last 7 (Seven) years.
3. Satisfactory completion of a similar supply of Material of at least BDT 10 (Ten) lakh under one single contract over a period of the last 7 (Seven) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 15 (Fifteen) lakh.
5. Original Factory Test Report of Liquid Chlorine Gas must be attached.
6. Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate & Nationality certificate must be attached.
7. The supplier should supply the total quantity of Liquid Chlorine Gas within two/three installments according to the capacity of Bangabandhu Water Treatment Plant (BWTP), Khulna WASA, Khulna. For each installment the supplied material will be tested according to the tender specification in KUET/BUET laboratory and the test fee will be paid by the supplier. The test fee will be reimbersed if the tested sample are found according to the tenchnical specifications.
Failure to submit any one document /sample mentioned above will cause of Rejection or Non-Responsive for the Tender.
