দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৫০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,০৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৫০,০০০ ~ ১,০৫০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This Tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mention below :
(a) General experience: Reputed contractors/Bona fide firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experiences.
(b) Specific experience: Having experiences in successfully completion of similar nature of works amounting minimum Taka 2.20 lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ in a single tender during the last 05 (Five)years
The above experiences/work certificate for successfully completion of similar nature works shall have to issued by:
(i) in case of the work done under any PWD Division, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt/ Other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district/area within whose jurisdiction work has been done.
(c) Average annual construction turn over during the last five years in Taka 2.50 lac.
(d)The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 2.50 lac. [Only Letter ofCredit Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3)] issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender is allowed].Submission of Tender Bank Solvency Certificate or Bank Statement Will not be entertained. (e) Updated Trade license, Income Tax clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
(f) Updated ABC-Category Electrical contractor and supervisory license from Electrical licensing board, Government of Bangladesh.(h) The tenderer must submit a 'Spare Parts Supplier Certificate' of the existing lift brand on site from the manufacturer.(i) Installation experience of the existing lift brand is required.
