* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
Reputed Govt. approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
Having experience in successfully completion of at least 1 (one) no. of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk 250.00 (Two Hundred Fifty) Lac only in a single work order in government/semi-government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (Five) years.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (Five) years amounting of Tk 350.00 (Three Hundred Fifty) Lac only. Time duration for turnover & experience will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
The minimum amount of liquid asset/ working capital/credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of 95.50 (Ninety Five Point Five Zero) Lac only supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work. Minimum liquid assets substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format of Form CPTU STD PW3-7. Failing to submit in PW3-7 will make the tender non-responsive. Document submitted in the form along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
The Minimum Tender Capacity is Tk 300.00 (Three Hundred) Lac
Valid and Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
Up-to dated ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
