3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 45.00 lakh .Use standard format in case of line of credit.
4. Tender Capacity Tk 128.00 Lakh
Note that (a) Boring rate must be higher with depth increase.
(b) Boring Rate must be realistic. Unrealistic low rate in Boring shall make Tenderer Non-Responsive
