দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৬০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১,৬০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The Tenderer must posses :
(i) Up-to-date valid Trade License.
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate.
(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate.
(iv) Up-to-date valid ABC/BC License & ABC/BC Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board
b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum Average Annual Turn-over in the last 5 (Five) years of Tk. 8.00 Lakh only which will be supported by the certificate of NBR/Deputy Commissioner of Taxes.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the successful Tenderer shall not be less than Tk.4.00 Lakh.
d) The tenderer shall have minimum 5 years experience for Operation and Maintenance of the Lift .
e) The tenderer shall be the local agent/distributor certificate of the lift (YOUNG JIN and ORONA BRAND) and should enclose the same certificate with Tender document.
f) The tenderer must have experience in successfully completion of operation and Maintenance work at least 01(one) Lift of (YOUNG JIN) and 01 (one) Lift of (ORONA BRAND) each valued Tk.5.00 lac in a single tender during the last 5(Five) years.
g) The above experience in successfully completion of similar nature of lift work shall have to be issued by:
h) In case of the work done under PWD the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
i) In case of the work done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
j) Certificate from the original manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift(YOUNG JIN and ORONA BRAND) for the next 01(one) year shall be submitted with the Tende
