As per TDS and following additional conditions will be applicable :
1.  Quoted rate for the boaring items must be propotionattly increased along the depth however quated rates for all items must  be compatible with the prevailing market price.
2. In case of Line of Credit Certificate as a Liquid Asset certificate, Please follow  2 mandatory instructions noted below :
a) The certificate must be substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7, attached in Particular Specifications section of this e Tender documents), without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders.
b) The tenderer must have available Credit Limit sanction (approved) by competent authority of any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh. During verification of Credit Line certificate Credit Limit sanction letter / approval letter might be asked. Failure of having sufficient financial capacity will be termed as technically non-responsive.
