* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed tenderer who have minimum five (5) years of general experience.
b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number outsourcing recruitment work of Tk. 6.00 (six) lakh in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years.
c) The contractor/ tenderer having at least 3(three) years experience of outsourcing recruitment works of at least 50(fifty) people. A certificate from the head of the organization to the effect that previously the salary of the manpower has been paid through the bank account.
d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 8.00 (Eight) lakh. Only Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector to be submitted along with tender for calculation of average annual construction turnover.
e) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 5.00 (five) lakh in the prescribed form (PW2a-3). The cash credit Amount must be un-Consumed/unutilized.
f) As per Rule No.7 of Bangladesh Labor rules, 2015, the contractor organization providing services must have registration and up-to-date renewal license.
g) In case of delay in payment of bills/due to any other reason, the manpower supply will continue to work under unfavorable conditions, affidavit must be submitted by tenderer in his own pad along with the tender.
h) The tenderer must possess Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date trade license.
i) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
