a) General experience of minimum five years (ffrom the date of IFT)
b) Valid Trade License (FY 2022-23)
c) Valid TIN & VAT Certificates
d) Specific Experience of succeful completion of Supply Installation testing & Commissioning of Lift work of minimum value Tk. 80.00 Lac in a single agreement in any Govt/semi govt/Autonomus/Private organisation within last five years (from the date of IFT). In case of work(for specific experience) done in any organization other than PWD , the completion certificate shall have to be authenticated by Executive Engineer of PWD of concerned Jurisdiction
e) Income Tax clearance certificate for FY 2021-22 (Assessment yr 2022-23)
f) Document for Liquid Asset of minimum Tk. 90.00 Lac as Credit commitment from any scheduled bank as per STD format
g) Electrical Supervisory & ABC license (FY 2022-23)
h) Tenderer capacity of minimum Tk. 90.00 Lac
