দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১১,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১১,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 years.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 113 Lakh under single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required.
Years Counting backward from the date of advertisement in e-GP website.
(Experience Certificate should be submitted by Tenderer along with tender at per departmental prescribed formate or CPTU formate or any other almost similar formate which must contain all necessary information required for evaluation of Tender. Incomplete/ Running bill paid amount experience certificate shall not be taken into account at evaluation stage.)
3. The required average annual construction turnover (AACT) shall be greater than Tk 98 lakh over the last 5 years.
(Turnover Certificate shall be construction Turnover and in the formate of payment certificate. Duplication will not be allowed.)
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 100 lakh. Use CPTU standard format incase of line of credit.
5. The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be:Tk 115 Lakh.
Note that ,
a) Boring rate must be higher with depth increase.
b) Boring Rate must be realistic. Unreleastic low rate in Boring shall make Tenderer Non-Responsive.
c) Rules of PPR-2008 will be followed, in case the tender price is significantly below the updated official estimate or seriously unbalanced as a result of front loading.
