* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall have a minimum of three (3) year of general experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 80,00,000.00 (Eighty Lac Only) within the last 3 (three) years under 1 (one) contracts. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
The Tenderer shall have minimum BDT 90,00,000.00 (Ninety Lac Only) amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission. (In case of credit facility, Bank shall mention name of Procuring entity and tender name.)
The Tenderer shall submit documentary evidence (i.e. end user certificates) in support of the above requirements.
The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, Income Tax Certificate and e-VAT/ VAT Registration Certificate.
The Tenderer shall comply with all the other requirements as mentioned in the Section-1: Instructions to the Tenderers (ITT) of the e-Tender Document (e-TD). [For detailed requirements, the Tenderers are requested to refer to the e-TD]
